double, 2 twin and 2
cots) with seven bathrooms making
this an ideal rental for Family

fitted French style kitchen with

dishwasher and Wifi. There are multiple terraces overlooking the Dordogne river both for shade and sun which are a must for outdoor dining.
The infinity swimming
pool (fitted with safety alarm),
has south facing terraces, with
natural shading, overlooking the
river, ideal for those hot summer
days and special balmy evenings.
Explore the banks of the river and canal on
an extensive network of bikeways
(bikes available for guests use at their own risk). There is an outdoor table tennis table for guests.
The house is ideally positioned
for exploring this popular area
of the Perigord, famous for it's
excellent cuisine and fine wines.
Old Bergerac is thronged with street
restaurants. The area is well known
for it's delightful villages, castles
and pre-historic sites. There is
just so much of real interest on
the doorstep. Above all this house
must have one of the finest positions
in the Dordogne. Bergerac airport
is ten minutes drive away.
Golfers have a choice of four courses within reach of the house. There is a par-27 course at Sadillac, an interesting 9 hole course at Tombaboeuf, 9 hole course at Chateau Les Merles and a top class 27 hole complex at Château des Vigiers. There are over 140 vineyards
in the vicinity to explore.
